Behavioral Tech II (Days) | Road to Home

Job Purpose:

• The Behavioral Tech II is responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. The position requires a compassionate and professional approach to assist clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to clients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of therapeutic activities and interventions.
• Monitor and document client behavior, progress, and any significant changes in condition.
• Support clients in daily living activities, promoting independence and self-care.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to assess client needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions and treatment planning.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the well-being of clients.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and staff.
