Behavioral Tech III - Shift 1 | Youth and Recovery Care Center

Job Purpose:

• The Behavioral Tech III at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing advanced support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients during Shift 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that all therapeutic activities are aligned with their specific needs and goals.
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress, providing detailed reports to the clinical team to aid in the evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans.
• Facilitate group and individual therapeutic activities, promoting engagement and participation among clients to support their recovery and well-being.
• Ensure the safety and security of clients by maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure client safety.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff members, offering mentorship and training to enhance their professional development and performance.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and regulations in all client interactions and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.
