Duties and Responsibilities:

The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

Answer all incoming Service Appointment call using script.

Follow up with all non-appointment incoming Service calls.

Follow up with appointments and missed appointments.

Confirm all pending Service appointments.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Efficiently schedule, coordinate daily appointments to ensure steady, high-volume flow of clients.

Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns while promptly and professionally answering inbound returned calls.

Preform any other duties assigned.
