Bartender Responsibilities:

Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests

Have all main cocktails recipe memorized for speed and efficiency

Continuous Pour testing and technique building

Interact with guests, take orders, server food and drinks?

Assess guests needs and preferences and make recommendations

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails to specifications?

Check guests identification and confirm the legal drinking age

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies?

Present bills, accept payments, operates POS system, upholding strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions?

Stay guest focused and create an excellent guest experience?

Comply with all food and beverage regulations?

Maintain bar cleanliness with daily and weekly cleanings
