General Purpose of Job

This position is responsible for gathering, reporting, and analyzing data on meter reading activities, functions and results such as Itron, App Suite, various Bank Draft processes, and dispatching service orders to Meter Reading personnel; support the pre-paid billing system; and serve as back-up support for Revenue Recovery and Billing.
