Job Purpose:

• The MS Therapist Licensed at is responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to individuals experiencing a range of psychological issues. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and creating personalized treatment plans to support clients in achieving improved mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients with diverse backgrounds and mental health conditions.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
