Under the direction of the surgical leadership team, the Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> utilizes the nursing process to facilitate comprehensive perioperative care.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

In this role, you will perform nursing assessments, formulate diagnoses, and implement individualized care plans within a state-of-the-art 6-OR suite supported by 25 pre- and post-op rooms<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->. You will join a tight-knit team of nearly 1,800 dedicated professionals delivering world-class, minimally invasive care right in the heart of Florida’s most vibrant community.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

Qualifications


Education & Experience<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

• Education:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) required.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
• Experience:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> 1 year of Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) or Critical Care experience is preferred.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
• 1 year of Circulating or Scrub OR RN experience highly preferred
• Must be willing to do on-call and live within 30 min of Spanish Plaines Hospital

• BLS<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> (Basic Life Support) certification required.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
